| Programming Abilities | |
| .NET Framework | Candidates having good understating of .NET framework 2.0 - 3.5 with programming expertise in C#. VB.net will be an added advantage. |
| Web designing | Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS. JavaScript would be an added advantage. |
| RIA Development | Knowledge of Flex with Action Script 3.0 or Silver light with C#. |
| Other Abilities | |
| Designing Skills | Usage of Photoshop, Illustrator or Flash to create UI for Web Applications or Desktop Applications. |
| Logical and analytical Skills | Candidate should have strong Logical and Analytical skills as the will be facing lots of challenges everyday. |
| Learning ability | The candidate should have a good learning ability to learn new technologies, new frameworks, new platforms, or even new programming languages. |
